Changes and updates for the patch cycle ending 7-9-2024 

Projects Module 

  • NEW - Users with project access can now set a primary contact from the list of available contacts attached to a project. 

    • The Primary contact will appear first on the list of project contacts. 

  • NEW – Users can now define the number of columns on the gallon count form. 

    • Currently restricted to 3 or 4 columns. 

  • NEW - Work Order Issues (Weather, Fleet, Other) can now be added by Project Managers in the PM CheckOut. 

  • All Work Order Issues now include a timestamp in the Notes.  

  • Improvements were made to number storage and mathematical checks on crack repair service.  

  • Added an additional indicator to show the active work order on PM checkout page. 

  • Fixed a bug that prevented crack fill area details from saving as expected. 

  • Fixed a bug that caused crack and CCJ area totals to be read incorrectly. 

  • Fixed a bug that could cause the wrong time to be recorded on override actions.  

  • Fixed a bug that could occur when Project Managers scroll on a work order page. 

  • Fixed a bug with region filtration that could cause searches to falsely return no results. 

Work Orders 

  • NEW - Added “Approve All Labor” functionality to the labor summary for the Super or Foreman. 

  • NEW - Implemented a “loading” validation check for the labor clock. This lets the system track requests and prevents accidental double entries on bad internet connections. 

    • Also added loading checks to the Checkout and Reopen buttons.  

  • Improvements to the crew select function on the work order labor tab.  

  • Fixed a bug that prevented job incidents from being added to repair and subcontractor work orders. 

  • Fixed a bug that could occur when saving a subcontractor service without a subcontractor selected. 

  • Fixed a bug that prevented users from checkout out of a subcontractor work order after an issue report has been added. 

Timecard Approval Module 

  • Improvements to backend database, validation, and state checks. This will further improve stability and make future upgrades easier to implement. 

  • Continued work on the Project and Employee filtering system. 

  • Added Supervisor functionality. This is experimental, the filtering system is still being worked on and will be improved in the future.
