Work Order Number

The Work Order Number, also called the WO#, is a unique identifier that is given to every work order created in ProfitOps

Work Order Color

The Work Order Color on a work order will match the area color on service maps and any fliers delivered to residents in advance of work. This color helps ensure the correct area is serviced on the right day.

Project Name

All projects are assigned a unique name that will appear on related work orders. This helps differentiate work orders across separate projects that will require the same service on the same day. It's important to check the Project Name when clocking into a work order, and before driving from one site to another.

Service Type

The Service Type indicates the type of service being performed. These are color coded to help differentiate one service from another.  Work Orders will have different options and will require specific information from crews depending on the service displayed. These will be covered in more detail later.

  • Green – Any repair service, including crack and gap materials.

  • BlueYard orders, these are internal open work orders that are used for work which can’t be directly billed to a customer.

  • YellowSupport Services like noticing.
