Intro
The TimeCard provides a complete view of work performed over time. This Module can be found on your left side menu.

Overview
By default, this resource shows all labor performed on the current date but can be adjusted to show work performed on any past date.

Date Selector
The TimeCard features the same date selector as the Schedule page.
Day Selector
The day being displayed is highlighted in yellow and can be changed by selecting the other available days from the current week.

Week Selector
Past weeks can be displayed by selecting the week indicator and picking any day in that week. The Day indicator will shift as needed to highlight the desired day in that week. Any day in that week can then be navigated through the day indicator.

Hourly Summary
The hourly summary shows labor totals for the current day, and for the whole week.

View Selection
The Timecard module offers two view options for filtering labor records.
Day View
The Day View tab shows all the work orders that have received time.

Week View
The weekly view lists out all assigned work orders for the week indicated on the date selector, starting with the oldest at the top.

Reading A Labor Record
Labor Records are organized on the TimeCard as follows.
Project Name
The Project Name is shown at the top left.
Service
The Serviceis shown at the top right.
Scheduled Day
The scheduled day for the Work Order is shown at the left center.
Total Hours
The total hours are shows at the right center.
In & Out Time
Exact IN and OUT time entries are shown on the bottom row.

Approval Process Log
Approval logs for each Time Entry can be seen be selecting the entry record. Labor hours are not released to payroll until the approval process in complete. Any issues or corrections can be viewed here but cannot be altered from the Timecard. Corrections must be made from the related work order directly by a Foreman, Super, or Administrator.
