Intro
The Materials Tab shows what materials have been allocated to a Work Order, how much of that material has been used, what fleet participated, and how close a Work Order is to being completed.

Gallon Count
Located at the top of the material tab, the Gallon Count is a collapsible form that shows the total square footage, and Estimated Gallons attached to the work order.
Expanded View
When expanded, users can see a complete breakdown of material by location, and a list of any Aggressive Cleaning areas that may need attention. This information is for reference and cannot be changed from the Materials Tab.
Coat Management for Surface Treatments
The Coat Manager will only appear on surface treatment work orders, like HA5 and Surface Armor. It shows a list of fleet assets assigned to the work order which can use the required material. The Coat Manger provides detailed tracking information for all materials used and by which Fleet Vehicle.
The Coat Manager will only show fleet matching the material on the work order. If a fleet vehicle is not shown in the coat manager, please check the Fleet Tab to ensure it has been added to the work order.
Instructions for the Coat Manager are documented here.
Material CheckOut
Foreman & Super Permission
The CheckOut buttons only appear to Foreman and Superintendents, other users will not be able to select them.
All Material Entered
The “All Material Entered” button appears at the bottom of the material tab when any materials are recorded to a work order.

No Material Entered
The “No Material Entered” button appears when no materials have been recorded to a work order. This usually happens due to a Weather Issue. For instructions on how to handle a weather issue, see the Coat Management Procedure or Box Management Procedure.

Material CheckOut Completion
Selecting the “All Materials Entered” or “No Materials Entered” button completes the material tab. The name of the completing Foreman or Super, along with the date and time of CheckOut are attached to the tab. No additional changes can be made once the tab has been completed, but Foreman and Superintendents can re-open this tab if additional changes are required.
Foreman & Superintendents are held accountable for information on the Material Tab at the time of CheckOut. Do not press the “All Material Entered” button until you are sure its contents are accurate and complete.
