How do I create a new contact?

New contacts can be created from the Contacts Module on the left-hand menu.

From the Contacts List view, select the “Add Contact” button to open the “Add New Contact” form.

This form requires a First Name, Last Name, Company Name, the Company Zip code before a new contact can be saved.

Can I view a WO without Clocking In?

Yes, this can be accomplished by selecting the work order from the schedule module.

This will show the “Work Order Clock In” menu.

From here, select the “View WO” Button to see the work order without affecting your labor time.

Can I view a WO while being Clocked into another WO?

Yes, this can be accomplished by selecting the work order from the schedule module.

This will show the “Work Order Clock In” menu.

From here, select the “View WO” Button to see the work order without affecting your labor time.

How do I add a management company to a customer?

Select the Customers Module from the left-hand menu.

From here search for the customer, you want to modify. This will display the customer’s record.

A Customers management company is selected from the “Use Management Co.” drop down field, located near the bottom right of the customer info tab.

Select the Use Management Co. field, and then search for the Management Co. that is needed. Only Management Companies that have been previously added to Profits Ops can be selected in this drop down.

If the Management Company you need does not appear, then it is inactive or unavailable. It will need to be created new or activated from the customers list view by searching for it or selecting the “Create Customer” button.
