Intro
The Fleet Tab handles all information about the fleet assets assigned to a given work order. This includes anything that can be driven or towed to a work order site.

Fleet
The Fleet section is where all vehicles and trailers will be listed. Any user with access to the Work Order can add or remove a fleet record, but all changes will need approval from the Foreman during the Work Order process which is covered separately.
Add New Fleet
A fleet record can be added by selecting the “Add New Fleet” button at the bottom of the form. This will show a menu listing all fleet available. Content can be searched by fleet number or fleet name, and multiple fleet records can be selected from this drop down at one time.
To complete the assignment, select save.
Remove Fleet
The fleet assigned in this section can be removed by selecting the delete icon. If the fleet has been used for a material entry on the materials tab, it cannot be deleted unless that material record is removed first.
Note that the delete icon may not appear if your account does not have permission to delete fleet entries.
Fleet Issues
The Fleet Issues section is a reporting tool that allows the Crew to report a problem associated with any fleet record.
Issues can be created by selecting the "Add Fleet Issue" button.
Add Fleet Issue
Fleet issues can only be created for fleet assigned to the work order. Issues are any failure that affects the safety, performance, or normal use of the fleet. This can be as small as a leaky tire, or as large as an engine failure.
Issue Notes
Be sure to provide detailed notes about when the issue occurs, and any additional information you feel is relevant. All mechanical issues should be documented as soon as is safe, and before the fleet checkout is completed.
All Fleet Entered
Foreman & Super Permission
The “All Fleet Entered” button only appears to Foreman And should be selected only after all fleet records have been added. Selecting the “All Fleet Entered” button completes the fleet tab for the CheckOut process.

Fleet CheckOut Stamp
Once the Fleet tab has been completed. Your name, the date, and time of checkout will display. Foreman and Superintendents can re-open this tab if additional changes are required.
CheckOut Accountability
Foreman & Superintendents are held accountable for information on the Fleet Tab at the time of CheckOut. Do not press the “All Fleet Entered” button until you are sure its contents are accurate and complete.
